Members return from a successful holiday

Members spent a wonderful week staying at The Burlington Palm Hotel in Great Yarmouth last week. Visiting 5 gardens and a journey on a steam train all went down well. A optional trip to the theatre proved popular too. Not much rain to speak of and 5 very diffent gardens.

Peter Beales Rose Garden and a journey on the Mid Norfolk Railway on Wednesday
Somerleyton Hall and Gardens on Thursday
Dancing in the hotel on Thursday evening
Ickworth Hall and Gardens on Friday

Holiday Preparations

The Tiverton Garden Club sub committee who organises the day trips and holidays met this week to discuss the final arrangements for the Club's annual holiday. A return visit to Great Yarmouth and visiting 5 gardens in Norfolk and Suffolk.

All we wish for now is nice weather and I will report with pictures when we get back.
